Food Story

Having Celiac disease hasn’t stopped Wierenga from enjoying food. While she might not be a pro chef, she has enjoyed making a mess in the kitchen attempting to recreate some of her favorite foods like scones, stir fry and pasta dishes with a gluten free flair. Describing herself as “not the best baker,” you’ll always see Wierenga on the search for a gluten free soft pretzel!
