Food Story

Ayoleke had a troubled relationship with food throughout adolescence and early adulthood. It wasn’t until choosing a vegan lifestyle that she actually learned to cook, began to experiment with a wider variety of fruits and vegetables, and felt comfortable exploring cuisine from other cultures. Now focused on health and nutrition, Ayoleke has been opting for more whole food plant-based meals for herself and her family and is slowly but surely healing her once damaged relationship with food. In the future, she hopes to grow her own food in her very own family garden.
