Overview: Laura and Jenna presented “Using a Nutrition Continuum Approach to Meet Older Adults Where They Are” during the August 18 concurrent learning sessions. They shared Phase 1 of CNHI’s work with Meals on Wheels America to develop a nutrition continuum, a unifying framework designed to reflect the breadth, depth, and diversity of nutrition services offered by Meals on Wheels providers nationwide.
