Food Story

Growing up in rural New Hampshire in a vegan family, food and diet have been a central part of Stott’s life for as long as she can remember. Her parents’ love for cooking and gardening led to her three siblings and her developing broad palates and an appreciation for food as a mechanism for both health and enjoyment. As a result of the environment in which she was raised, Stott developed a strong passion for nutrition and sustainable food systems, in particular, food equity. She looks forward to contributing her backgrounds in nutrition and sustainability to increasing food security across the world.
