Food Story
Russell grew up in a family that loved to cook from scratch and share meals together at the dining room table. Food has always been at the heart of her home, and she maintains a love of cooking and connection in the kitchen. She has always had an interest in health and became interested in nutrition as medicine in college and continues to learn as much as she can regarding cooking, nutrition, and health.
