Overview:   

Ashleigh attended the Colorado Food is Medicine Summit, which welcomed more than 300 participants, making it the largest gathering to date. The event convened leaders and practitioners from across the nutrition and health landscape to share innovations, strengthen partnerships, and explore policy advancements. 

Gerard Frunzi of CommonSpirit Health, a GusNIP grantee, led a session highlighting the Fresh2Flourish produce prescription program and joined a panel discussion focused on Colorado nutrition policy and the evolving future of virtual nutrition services.
